Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2026 | program begins at 12:45 PM
Join us at 12:45 pm in the Church after Mass for a Peaceful Pause and then lunch.
Come, listen to what is most deeply beautiful, nourishing and true. A peaceful pause. Time consecrated with our attention, our mindfulness, honoring the quiet forces of grace or spirit that sustain and heal us.
We'll gather in the Church to enjoy music and an inspiring message from our guest speaker, Rev. Lisa Saunders, an ordained Episcopal priest.
After the program, we'll head to Benedict Hall to enjoy a boxed lunch and fellowship.
We welcome all and offer flexibility on a work day. If your time is limited, you can enjoy the 12:45 pm Peaceful Pause in the Church and not attend the lunch in Benedict Hall.
Parking for St. Peter Catholic Church is located in the Green Parking Garage. Please be sure to pick up a chaser ticket while you're at the event since you will need the chaser ticket to exit without payment. Learn more about parking.
Let's remember to celebrate what is beautiful and sacred; we light candles, sing songs, tell stories… Within this sanctuary, we become available to the insights and blessings of deep mindfulness that rise only in stillness and time. Excerpts from "Sabbath Rest" by Wayne Mueller
