The Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life is a path to deep conversion and discipleship.
For 500 years, the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius have transformed lives. The most common way of going through the Exercises is a “retreat in daily life,” which is called a 19th annotation retreat.

The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius grew out of Ignatius Loyola’s personal conversion experience as a man seeking to grow in union with God and to discern God’s will. They are exercises for the soul.
Ignatius kept a journal as he gained spiritual insight and deepened his spiritual experience, paying attention to movements within himself. Eventually, he gathered these prayers, meditations, insights, reflections, and directions into a carefully designed framework of a retreat, which he called “Spiritual Exercises” — a compilation of contemplative practices, prayers and meditations designed to help recreate a conversion experience like his own.
For 500 years, the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius have transformed lives. St Ignatius developed the Spiritual Exercises with a four week structure during a 30-day silent retreat. However, he also made sure that they were flexible and created a “retreat in daily life,” titled the 19th annotation retreat.
St. Peter offers two experiences of the 19th annotation retreat in daily life:
Group: an 8-month program with a mix of Zoom and in-person meetings with the group to discuss the weekly exercises. Plus, you'll attend meetings with a spiritual director of your choosing.
Individual: individual meets weekly with a spiritual director.
